Our customers are determined by the Business Policies or Terms and Conditions, and through any agreement for the purchases that they make from WiseCom. Customer agrees to accept all Terms and Conditions by placing an order.
Prices
Price displayed on the website is updated weekly; Mondays and holidays, not included. Anyhow, on account of high octane nature of the ICT industry, some products, costs, manufacturer promotions or offers may modify before we are capable of upgrading and posting the information on this website. With an unforeseen increase in price or some other changes, we will inform you to decide whether you want to proceed with your order at the new price or cancel your order. We reserve all right to decline the acceptance of any orders.
Warranty
WiseCom makes no warranty of any sort relating to the information displayed on this website. Whereas it is certified by WiseCom for the accuracy of data, this website may contain typographical fallacies and technical inaccuracies. In addition, images may not represent actual products.
Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to your purchase. WiseCom Technologies Incorporation disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and suitability for a specific purpose.
Liabilities
In no case, WiseCom will be responsible for any damages induced by any product or failure of such product to act upon, certainly not warned of the possibility of such damage and irrespective of the nature of accountability under which such damages may be demanded.
Returns
Customer need to accept to follow the WiseCom Policy to ask a Return Product Authorization Number i.e. RMA# from WiseCom, before trying to return any product. See Returning a Product for further details and to proceed with the return procedure.
Claims
If customer is making any claim against WsieCom, they agree that the venue for such claims will be Bowie, MD, USA.
Customer Credit Card Charges
If needed, our clients allow WiseCom Technologies Inc to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking, Over Good, or other charges; in any case, the cost of products, to consider shipping charges for any product, returned.
