The Gefen EXT-UHD600-HBTL extender offers the same picture quality of video quality EXT-UHD600-HBTL, but reduces some features to provide a more targeted application at a reduced-price point. HDMI video/audio, along with bidirectional audio for device control, with single directional POL (Power over Link) are included and are the basic building blocks required for video extension in a number of vertical market categories. Using a proprietary compression method, this solution provides a nearly visually lossless video experience with a high degree of PSNR (peak signal to noise ratio), which is an indicator of signal integrity when compression has been applied.
